January 12, 2025 （ Sun ） The "Matsudo City Nanakusa Marathon", a New Year's tradition, is now accepting participants ！.

The Matsudo City Nanakusa Marathon, a popular New Year's running event every year, will be held on January 12 （, 2025 ） and is now accepting participants.



The event features 14 events of three distances ・ including a family section for parents and children to run together and a 10 km section with plenty of ups and downs. Some participants say, "Since numbers and prizes are sent out in advance, there is no need to register on the day of the race, so it's convenient," and "It's fun to wear the prize goods.



Guest runners will include athletes from Subaru and Logisteed track and field teams who are active in the New Year Ekiden and other events. In addition, there will be a stall area lined with delicious food, drink, and sports stores, as well as a visit by Matsudo-san, the Matsudo cheering character.



The venue, Matsudo Undo Koen, is only 7 minutes by shuttle bus from JR Kita-Matsudo Station, about 30 minutes from Tokyo Station and 32 minutes directly from Otemachi Station, making access from central Tokyo very convenient.
