Today, we have received information about a suspicious phone call in Midori-ku, Tokyo, to a landline phone at your home, claiming to be an Okinawa Prefectural Police （ officer ） and deceiving you into believing that your bank account has been created.
These callers will try to make you feel uneasy by telling you that your bank account is being used for a crime and that you may be arrested, and will ask for your personal information or demand money from you.

Do not immediately trust the caller if you do not remember anything about the caller.

To avoid becoming a victim of fraud,
・ set your home landline phone to go to voicemail
・ set your cell phone to block calls from numbers other than the registered number or blocked calls
and take other measures to avoid talking to the criminal. ！
