Hawaii Tourism Authority, "HAWAIʻI EXPO" official website ＆ Pre-registration for visitors via event app ＆ Registration for seminars/workshops begins

Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority, Japan Branch （ Location ： Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan Director ： Mitsue ・ Varley ） announces that the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority will host the HAWAIʻI EXPO （ Saturday ） and Sunday （ June 1 and 2 ）, 2024 at three venues in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. HAWAIʻI EXPO （ Hawaiʻi Expo ）, a Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority-sponsored event to be held on Saturday and Sunday at three venues in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan, has today launched its official website ＆ event application （ for iOS and Android ）. On the official website, visitors can pre-register to attend the event, make reservations for seminars/workshops, and view information such as stage program details and schedules, seminar/workshop content, exhibitor list, and access to the venue. We recommend using the event app for more convenient use, as the event app further provides functions such as push notifications of venue congestion and the latest information.

HAWAIʻI EXPO 2024 will be held at the main venue "EBiS303 （ EBiS303 ）" where stage performances such as hula and Hawaiian music will be held and Hawaiian companies will exhibit, and the satellite venue "PORTAL POINT" where made in Hawaii products sales ・ food and beverage booths will exhibit. （ Portal Point ）, a satellite venue for seminars and workshops, and SPACE6 （ Space Six ）.

Only the main venue "EBiS303" requires pre-registration for admission, while the two satellite venues are open to visitors without pre-registration. However, advance reservations are required to attend seminars/workshops at satellite venue ➁ "SPACE6", with the exception of some programs. Both of these programs can be registered through the official website ＆ application.

HAWAIʻI EXPO 2024 will feature traditional Hawaiian culture including hula, popular Hawaiian artists visiting Japan to perform authentic hula and Hawaiian music live, workshops to experience Hawaiian culture, talk shows to learn about the latest The event will also feature a variety of contents such as workshops to experience Hawaiian culture, talk shows to learn about the latest Hawaiian attractions, and more, so that visitors can fully experience the charm of the evolved Hawaiian Royal Road. About Hawaii Expo
Hawaii Expo is a Hawaii event for consumers to experience the culture and aloha spirit of Hawaii launched in 2015 by the Hawaii Tourism Authority.From 2015 to 2017, the event was held at Shibuya Hikarie in Shibuya Ward, In 2018, the event was held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and in 2019, in Fukuoka, Fukuoka; after 2020, the event was postponed due to the new coronavirus infection, but resumed at Shibuya Hikarie in May 2023, attracting 12,146 visitors over two days.

[Attachment 2] How to pre-register for the event

The main venue "EBiS303" asks visitors to pre-register for the event in order to manage capacity, avoid congestion at the reception desk, and promote a paperless environment. Pre-registration procedures are as follows Aloha Program members should use their Aloha Program registered e-mail address when registering. Priority admission will be available 10 minutes before the doors open.

Stage performances at the main venue "EBiS303" will again this year invite the splendid artists who performed at the Hawaiian music concert "Hawaiian Airlines May Day 2024 The stage performance at the main venue "EBiS303" will be performed by the same artists who appeared at the Hawaiian Airlines May Day 2024 concert.
